I’m here, I’m here! We’re just taking advantage of the state-mandated Sandwich Day holiday to visit some family over the weekend. I’ll be checking in and posting updates, just not as assiduously as I’d like.

I was unable to participate, but I will offer that my favorite sandwich is called a BLAT. Turkey bacon, lettuce, avocado & tomato on toasted Ezekiel Bread. Yum.
